Sorting Groups

You can sort groups any way you want - by any field and any number of fields - using the Sort Criteria tab of the Add/Edit Group - [Group Name] window. The default sort field is System Number. In addition, you can specify whether to sort in ascending order (the default) or descending order.

After you define your preferred sort order, you can set it permanently (for any group except the All Complete Assets and the All Incomplete Assets group) or temporarilyjust for the current session. A temporary sort overrides a permanent sort.
