Batch Reports Tab

Follow the guidelines below to complete the fields on the Batch Reports tab.

Item Notes
Batch Name Use this field to select the batch of reports that you want to run or edit. The system displays the list of reports included in the batch. Select a report to view its report settings, which appear to the right of the list of reports.

Tip: To change the settings for a report, select the Reports tab, then select the report, and select the Run/Edit Report button.

[Create Batch] Select this button to display a dialog that allows you to define a new batch.
[Run Batch...] Select this button to display a dialog with options for running the selected batch.
Edit Batch Select this button to display a window that allows you to add or remove reports from the selected batch.
Report Layout This field displays an image of the selected report so that you can preview the columns on the report before you run it.

Note: No image is available for customized reports.
