Add/Edit Batch - [Batch Name] Window
Follow the guidelines provided below to complete the fields on the Add (or Edit) Batch - [Batch Name] window.

| Available Reports | Use this field to select one or more reports to include in the batch. To do so, select a report and select the Add button. Note: Some reports, such as the tax forms and worksheets, are not available for inclusion in the batch. |

Select this button to add the selected report to the Reports in Batch list. |
[Remove] |
Select this button to remove the selected report from the Reports in Batch list. |
| Reports in Batch | The system uses this field to display all reports you selected in the Available Reports field. To remove reports from the batch list, highlight the reports and select the Remove button. Tip: You can use your mouse to drag and drop a report to a different order in the list. |
Reorder Reports |
Select this button to move a report up or down in the "Reports in Batch" list. Tip: You can use the Ctrl or Shift Key on your keyboard to select multiple reports to move up or down in the list. |
