SmartList Report Sections

The SmartList report contains three sections:

Field Customizations

This section of the report displays the contents of the following fields on the Customize Fields window for the selected field.

  • Title field
  • View field
  • Entry Mask field
  • Default field

SmartList Manager

This section of the report displays the following information for the selected field:

  • List of available SmartList entries
  • Description of each available SmartList entry
  • Total number of available SmartList entries

List Options

This section of the report displays the following information about the fields on the SmartList Manager window for the selected field:
