Customize Asset List Window

My Views Overview

My Views lets you save customizations to the Asset List made manually or through Customize Asset List. These views can be used with any company that you open on your machine or can be shared to another machine.

The My Views icon is at the top right corner of the Asset List screen. Select the icon to save and manage your customized Asset List views.

Up to 25 views can be saved for use with each entity type: US Companies, Canadian organizations, and Governmental or Non-profit organization for a total of 75 views. If you reach 25 saved views within an entity type and want to save another one, you must first delete an existing view.

The following customizations on the Asset List can be saved in My Views:

  • Column width settings (default or modified)
  • Display order of columns
  • Columns selected in Customize Asset List
  • Book selected in Customize Asset List
  • Column Summation option (Sum or None)

Note: The Asset List will sort based on the Sort Criteria for the currently active Group. Manual sorts cannot be saved as part of My Views.
