Transferring Multiple Assets

You can transfer multiple assets at once; this is called a "bulk transfer." All of the assets being transferred must have the same destination. The transfer can occur within the current organization, or from the current organization to another organization.

To transfer multiple assets

1. Select the assets that you want to transfer in the Asset List.
2. Do any of the following:
3. Select Assets/Bulk Transfer from the menu bar.
4. Click the Bulk Transfer Assets task on the navigation pane.

The system displays the Bulk Transfer window.

Note: The Bulk Transfer menu item and the Bulk Transfer Assets task are not available unless at least two assets are selected.

3. Complete the Bulk Transfer window.
4. Click OK. The system displays the Bulk Transfer report.
