Setup History Window

Follow the guidelines provided below to complete the fields on the Setup History window.

Item	Notes
History Events	The system uses this column to display the events in an asset’s life that you can track.
On	Use this column to indicate whether you want to track an event in the asset’s life. If a check mark appears in this column, then the system will track the event. Click once in this column if you want to track the event. Select a check mark to remove it if you do not want to track the event.
Never Delete History	Select this option button if you do not want the application to delete asset history events.
Delete History After X Days	Select this option button if you want the application to delete asset history events after a specified number of days. Enter the desired number of days in the text box.
Confirmation Required	Select this check box if you want the application to display a confirmation message before the asset history is deleted.
[Restore Defaults]	Select this button to revert to the default settings for this window.
