Purge History Window

Follow the guidelines provided below to complete the fields on the Purge History window.

Item	Notes
Database	Use the list of databases in this field to select the database that contains the company (or companies) from which you want to purge asset history. You can purge asset history from one database at a time.
Company	Use the list of companies in this field to select the company (or companies) from which you want to purge asset history. You can purge asset history from all of the companies in the selected database, or from a single company in the selected database.
Delete All History Events	Select this option button to delete all of the asset history events from the selected company (or companies).
Delete All History Events Created Prior to the Specified Date	Select this option button to delete all of the asset history events prior to the date you specify in the date field.
Purge Date	Use this field to specify the purge date. The system will delete all asset history events occurring before this date.
