Replace Field List Entry Window

Follow the guidelines provided below to complete the fields on the Replace Field List Entry window. The Replace Field List Entry window warns you if an asset uses the entry you are replacing. Select one of the following options:

Items in this window

Item	Notes
Keep the Original Entry	Select this option button to keep the original entry in the field for existing assets, but still replace the entry in the SmartList.
Blank the Original Entry	Select this option button to remove the original entry from the field for existing assets and leave it blank.
Globally Replace the Original Entry	Select this option button to replace the original entry in the field with the new entry for all existing assets.
