Disposed Assets on Reports

How are disposed assets displayed on reports?

The application displays the code for a disposal in the Key Code column. The code for a standard disposal is "d."

Disposed assets continue to appear on historical reports indefinitely. (Historical reports are those reports that do not require you to enter a date when you run the report.) For time-critical reports, which require you to enter a date, disposals appear only until the end of the fiscal year in which the asset was disposed. (The same is true for transfers.)

The Disposal report displays all of the disposed assets in the company, no matter how long ago they were disposed. However, you can run the Disposal report for only those assets disposed in the current year.
