Print Options Window

Follow the guidelines below to complete the fields on the Print Options window.

Items in this window

Item	Notes
Header	Enter text that will appear at the top of the printed Asset List.
Footer	Enter text that will appear at the bottom of the printed Asset List.
Grid Lines	Select this check box to include horizontal grid lines between each asset and vertical grid lines between each column on the printed Asset List.
Column Labels	Select this check box to include field names at the top of each column on the printed Asset List.
[Preview]	Select this button to view a preview of the printed Asset List before you send it to the printer.
[Print]	Select this button to display a standard Print window that allows you to send the Asset List to a printer.
