Renaming a Database

You can use the Database List Manager to change the database name. You cannot change the database file name.

To rename a database
  1. Select File/Database List Manager from the menu bar. The system displays the Database List Manager window.
  2. Select the database you want to rename from the list.
  3. Click the Rename button. The system displays the Rename Database window.
  4. Complete the Rename Database window, and click OK to return to the Database List Manager window.
  5. Click the Close button on the Database List Manager window.
