Adding an Image to an Asset

After you add an image to the File List, it can be added to the asset's Images tab.

  1. In Asset Detail, display the asset to which you want to add an image.

  2. Click the Images tab.

  3. Click the Link Image button. The system displays the Image Manager.

  4. In the File List, select the desired image.

  5. Click the Link button. Click Yes to confirm.

  6. Click the Close button to close the Image Manager dialog.

  7. Click the Save Asset button to save the changes to the asset.

  1. In Asset List, select the asset(s) to which you want to add an image.
  2. Select Customize/Image Manager from the menu bar or click the activated Image Manager icon. The system displays the Image Manager.
  3. In the File List section, select the desired image.
  1. Click the Link button. The system displays a Confirm linking message.
  2. Click Yes to the Confirm linking message. The system displays a Successful Link message and adds the image to the Images tab of the selected asset(s).
  3. Click OK to the Successful Link message and the Close button to close the Image Manager window.
