User Column of History Tab

The History Tab contains an additional column: User. When you select the History tab to view the history of an asset, you not only see the actions (such as import, change, and calculate depreciation) that a user performed on the asset, but you see the login ID of the user who performed each action. If password security is enabled, you see the actions and the system-specific login ID of the user who performed each action.

Note: When a user performs operations with a non-network version of a Sage Fixed Assets product, or imports assets from another application, the system displays "(unknown)" in the User column.
