Define System Profiles Window
Follow the guidelines provided below to complete the fields on the Define System Profiles window.
Items in this window
| Item | Notes |

| Profile Name | Use this field to select the name of the profile you want to view or edit. Once you select the Add button to add a new profile, the system displays the new profile in this field. |
| System Security List | Use these fields to assign system security based on the following explanation of each field in the system security list. Shaded areas represent areas that are not applicable to a specific function. |
| System Level Security | The system uses this column to display the names of all the system for which you can impose security restrictions. To specify a security level, select one of the three security options in the columns to the right. |
| None | Select this field if you do not want users assigned this profile to have access to the specified system function. |
| Read | Select this field if you want users assigned this profile to be able to read but not edit the data in the specified system function. |
| Edit | Select this field if you want users assigned to this profile to have all rights to the specified system function. |
| [Add] | Select this button to add a new profile to the system. The system displays the Add Profile window. Type a name for the new profile you want to add, then select OK. The system returns to the Define System Profiles window and displays the new profile name in the Profile Name field. |
| [Delete] | Select this button to delete the security profile displayed in the Profile Name field. The system asks you to confirm your intention before deleting the profile. |
| [Rename] | Select this button to rename the security profile displayed in the Profile Name field. The system displays the Rename Profile window, with the old profile name at the top. Type the new name, then select OK. The system returns to the Define System Profiles window. |
