Creating Company Level Security Profiles

Company level security specifies what the user can and cannot do to the data in a company.

Note: To complete the steps below, you must be logged on to the system as a supervisor.

To create a company level security profile
  1. Select File/Password Security/Define Profiles/Define Company Profiles from the menu bar. The system displays the Define Company Profiles window.
  2. Complete the Define Company Profiles window, then select OK.
