Section 199A Report Window
Follow the guidelines below to complete the fields on the Section 199A Report window.

| Item | Notes |

| Group | Use this field to select the group for which you want to run the report. You can select the Selected Assets option to run the report on only the assets you select in the Asset List. If you enter the Asset Detail of an asset before you select the report from the Reports menu, you can run a report on that single asset. |
| Book | Use this field to select the book you want to include in the report. |
| Date | Use this field to enter the date for which you want to run the report. |
| Configuration | The options in this field allow you to specify what you want included in the report. |
| Display assets not included in the 199A calculation | Check this box if you want to include all assets from the group in the report. |
| Detail and Summary Report | Select this option to include details for each asset as well as subtotals for each section and grand totals. |
| Summary Report Only | Select this option to only see subtotals for each section and grand totals. |
| Send To | Use this field to specify where you want the system to send the report. |
| Window | Select this check box if you want to display the report on your computer screen in a report viewer. You must first select a default printer to display the report in the report viewer. After you display the report in the report viewer, you can print the report or export it to several different file formats. |
| Printer | Select this check box if you want to send the report to the default printer. |
| [Run Report] | Select this button to run the selected report. |
| [Save] | Select this button to save the report definition under the current name. All fields save with the report definition except for the Window and Printer checkbox selections. If you do not save your changes to the report definition, all fields on these pages revert to the default settings for the selected report. |
| [Save As] | Select this button to save the report definition under a different name. All fields save with the report definition except for the Window and Printer checkbox selections. |
