Run Batch Window

Follow the guidelines below to complete the fields on the Run Batch window.

Items in this window

Item	Notes
Send Reports to Printer	Select this check box to send the reports in the selected batch to the printer.
Default Printer	Displays your currently selected printer.
Print Setup	Select this link to change your printer options.
Save Reports	Select this check box to save the reports in the selected batch to a file.
Adobe Acrobat (PDF)	Select this option to save the reports in the selected batch to a file with a PDF extension. If you save the reports as PDF files, you can view them from the location where they were saved.
Crystal Reports (RPT)	Select this option to save the reports in the selected batch to a file with an RPT extension. If you save the reports as RPT files, you can view them in the Crystal Reports program.
Microsoft Excel (XLS)	Select this option to save the reports in the selected batch to a file with an XLS extension. This is a formatted Excel report that you can view in Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Excel Data-Only (XLSX)	Select this option to save the reports in the selected batch to a file with an XLSX extension. This is a data- only Excel report that you can view in Microsoft Excel versions 2007 and later.
[Browse]	Select this button to choose the location where you want to save your report batch. Selecting either the Run or Cancel button saves the selected path as the default path for the next batch run. A separate path is saved for each company.
