Selecting a Favorite Sage Fixed Assets Link

You can select the general ledger link that you run most often. After you select your favorite general ledger link, it appears at the bottom of the Links menu, so that you can run the link with a single mouse select.

Selecting the Sage Intacct Posting link as a Favorite allows you to activate, setup, and run both the Sage Intacct Posting link and the Sage Intacct AP/PO link. If you deselect the Sage Intacct Posting link as a Favorite, the links will no longer be activated.

To select a favorite Sage Fixed Assets link

1. Select File/Preferences from the menu bar. The system displays the Preferences Window.
2. Open the drop-down list box in the Favorite Link field, and select one of the general ledger links.
3. Select OK to close the Preferences window.
