Restore - Purge History Window

Follow the guidelines provided below to complete the fields on the Restore - Purge History window.

Smart Purge Select this option button if you want to delete the depreciation events from the database that you are restoring. If you select this button, you have two options:

Purge All Depreciation Events: Select this option button if you want to delete all of the depreciation events from the database that you are restoring.
Purge Depreciation Events Prior To: Select this option button if you want to delete only the depreciation events prior to the date that you enter in the date field.
Do Not Purge Select this option button if you do not want to delete any history events from the database that you are restoring.
Restore Select this button to begin restoring the company or companies you selected in the Restore - Select Companies window to the selected database. If you are restoring a backed-up company with the same name as a company already existing in the selected database, a window appears and allows you to overwrite the existing company or rename the company that you are restoring.
