Copy Book Window

Follow the guidelines below to complete the fields on the Copy Book window.

Item	Notes
Source Book	Select the book from which you want to copy depreciation information. You can select a book only if it is currently open.
Destination Book	Select the book to which you want to copy depreciation information. The Destination book must be open.
Overwrite Existing Data	Select this check box if you want to overwrite existing data in the Destination Book with the depreciation information from the Source Book. If the box is left unchecked, the system skips assets with existing book data in the Destination Book when completing the copy function.
