Delete All Field List Entries Window

Follow the guidelines provided below to complete the fields on the Delete All Field List Entries window. The Delete All Field List Entries window warns you if an asset uses the entries you are deleting. Select one of the following options:

Items in window

Item	Notes
Keep the Original Entry	Select this option button to keep the original entry in the field for existing assets, but still delete the entry from the SmartList.
Blank the Original Entry	Select this option button to remove the original entry from the field for existing assets and leave it blank.
